After uploading a final paper no refund of the corresponding registration fee is possible. Cancellation and refund of registration fees that do not correspond to final paper uploads are possible. Requests must be made via email at aac2025@tue.nl with the subject "Cancellation AAC25 NAME SURNAME" until April 30,2025. No refunds will be made after this date.Cancellations are subject to a €200 administrative fee.
